Celebrating Federal 100 Award Winners in Cross Domain Cybersecurity: Deidre L. Jackson

Securing Real-Time Collaboration:

Cross-domain solutions are the backbone of national security in mission-critical environments, where intelligence must move securely across domains, and real-time collaboration is essential. Whether enabling rapid decision-making in the field or protecting classified data from cyber threats, the ability to securely share information can mean the difference between success and failure.

This is why we are proud to celebrate Deidre L. Jackson (Dee), SVP of Professional Services and ITSM at Owl Cyber Defense. Her work has transformed how the U.S. government safeguards and moves sensitive information, reinforcing national security at the highest levels.

Enabling Secure, Instant Communication When Seconds Matter

Dee has led the development of NSA-certified cyberdefense solutions that directly impact agencies’ collaboration and response in high-stakes situations. Her pioneering work on video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities across security domains has enabled military commanders and intelligence agencies to make split-second decisions, knowing their communications remain protected confidently.

She has also advanced cross-domain solutions for next-generation defense systems, including secure data-sharing technologies for airborne platforms and missile defense applications. These technologies ensure seamless interoperability between U.S. forces and international allies.

Recognizing Leadership in Federal IT

The 2025 Federal 100 Award winners represent the pinnacle of cybersecurity leadership, securing mission-critical operations and reinforcing national defense strategies. Their recognition highlights their lasting impact on strengthening our nation’s security resilience.

At Owl Cyber Defense, we celebrate Dee’s contributions to advancing cross-domain solutions and enabling real-time collaboration in high-threat environments. Her leadership in developing NSA-certified cybersecurity solutions has directly impacted mission success, ensuring agencies can operate securely when seconds matter.

We also extend our congratulations to all other 2025 Federal 100 Award winners and leaders across government and industry who are shaping the future of federal IT and cybersecurity. Thank you for your dedication, vision, and commitment to strengthening national security.

They will be honored at the Evening of Honors Gala on April 3, 2025, alongside other federal IT leaders dedicated to advancing cybersecurity and national security.

At Owl Cyber Defense, we remain committed to delivering cutting-edge cross-domain solutions that protect the world’s most sensitive networks. The work of leaders like Dee continues to inspire innovation, drive security excellence, and shape the future of federal cybersecurity.
