Product Support

Owl provides a full suite of support services including 24x7x365 phone and email user support, technical troubleshooting, work-around assistance, configuration advice, and software patching. Cleared personnel are available as required.

Software Maintenance & Upgrades

Quarterly software upgrades, improvements, and patches are all available to customers on an active support and maintenance contract, including both software platform and any Owl applications/software modules. Software can be delivered via a number of approved secure methods, depending on your specific needs.

Hardware Warranty

Included in every support services contract, Owl’s hardware warranty covers virtually all aspects of Owl solution hardware, including 3rd party COTS equipment. Warranty support guarantees that Owl will replace any unit determined to have a defect with a new replacement unit free of charge, including shipping.
